CANNONAU
It's a vine with good forcefullness, but not excessive. Production is abundant and constant. The bunch is medium to large, not too compact. The berry is slightly ovoid, with a thick but not consistent skin. It gives a light ruby red wine, with a slight hint of bitter almond. If withered it gives special wines.
